    Become a Youth Editorial Board Member of JTCM


  • In order to promote the development of TCM, JTCM plans to establish a Youth Editorial Board, which aims to build an active academic exchange platform for young scientists engaged in basic and clinical science, further enhance the influence of JTCM and the level of journal running, and cultivate reserve force for the editorial board.

    We therefore invite the young scientists at home and abroad who are interested in TCM to send your details via jtcmen_editor08@126.com, with the subject of the email "JTCM Youth Editorial Board Application + Name + Research Expertise".     Qualifications and Requirements

    ·        Under 45 years of age and holds a doctoral degree or the title of assistant/associate professor or above.

    ·        More than 6 research papers in SCI-indexed journals as the first or corresponding author in recent 5 years; or more than 3 papers in SCI-indexed journals (impact factor ≥ 3) are preferred.

    ·        Researchers with experience studying abroad or participating in international visiting program, international journal editorial board/reviewer experience are preferred.

    ·        Researchers who lead national research projects and have achieved significant research results are preferred.

    ·        Have the willingness and energy to undertake the work of contributing/soliciting manuscripts, writing manuscripts, and reviewing manuscripts.

    Responsibilities

    ·        Submit or recommend high-quality manuscripts in relevant subject areas to the journal and assist editors in soliciting manuscripts every year.

    ·        Actively participate in review work for the journal, which includes personally reviewing at least five manuscripts every year.

    ·        Be an ambassador of the journal in national and international scientific research and academic exchange programs.

    Advantages

    ·        Receipt of a 2-year term appointment from the Youth Editorial Board; subsequent renewal is subject to a comprehensive assessment. Outstanding contributors will be considered for Editorial Board membership of the journal.

    ·        Publication priority for outstanding articles written or recommended by the youth members upon acceptance.
